Key responsibilities:

• Outreach to KOCs on TikTok / Shopee.
• Manage sample shipments and on-time content delivery.
• Support KOCs during Live sessions (script, voucher, technical).
• Track ROI / CPA / GMV per KOC; focus budget on top performers.

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented, well-organised (you'll juggle hundreds of KOCs).
• Strong, patient communication; win-win relationships.
• Excel / Google Sheets fluency.
• Knowledge of TikTok Shop / Shopee Affiliate policies.

• Shoot short-form TikTok videos that drive traffic to Live.

Requirements:

• Personable on camera, high energy, confident.
• Clear voice, dynamic delivery when closing deals.
• Prior KOC / Host / direct sales experience preferred.
• Punctual; physically able to live for 2-4 hours.
